Agente Colorado is an Uncommon Outfit in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
800 V-Bucks or with the El Chapulín Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Agente Colorado was first released in Chapter 2: Season 8 and is part of the El Chapulín Colorado Set.
