Batman Comic Book Outfit is a DC Series Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with the Batman Caped Crusader Pack for $18.49. Batman Comic Book Outfit was first released in Season X and is part of the Gotham City Set.

- Despite using Jonesy's face and being called an "Outfit" like Black Widow Outfit and Star-Lord Outfit, Batman Comic Book Outfit is seen alongside the actual Superman and Wonder Woman in the DC Trinity Loading Screen.
- According to Donald Mustard, he convinced DC Comics into letting Batman join Fortnite by pitching them Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point.[1]
- It's possible that Gotham City in Season X was originally intended to tie-in to the Rift seen in its original placement at Reality: NF-1935 on the first issue.

We just kind of went on the road, and I went and met with everyone with Marvel, with DC, [and would say,] ‘Here's what we could do together. Here's what the story is. I would take people through the next six years like. Here's the six year arc of what I'm going to do with the story and why you can trust me with your IP.” “Marvel was like, no way. DC is like, wait, you're going to put Batman next to Spider-Man?” Then there was John Wick. “I spent a long time sitting on Keanu Reeves’ couch being like, here's why you should be the first one.” “I was starting to get some good traction with Batman as well. So I'm like, if I can get I can get Batman and John Wick, I’m there.” Reeves said yes, and John Wick became the first permanently obtainable licensed skin in Fortnite. Batman made it in, Mustard says, because he sold DC Comics on a comic book pitch that’d send Batman to the Fortnite island.
