Functionality[]
The Batman Grapnel Gun functions identically to the Grappler, in that it is designed to greatly aid the player's mobility, by pulling them forwards towards a selected location. Firing the Batman Grapnel Gun launches out a plunger, and if this plunger connects with a surface, the player will be pulled upwards and towards it. This can be used to gain vertical and horizontal distance very quickly. It does not negate fall damage, but does reset the player's height to calculate it.
The difference between the Grappler and the Batman Grapnel Gun, is that using the latter allows the player to redeploy their Glider upon gaining enough height. This negates fall damage and allows for further distances to be covered than one use of the standard Grappler.
Missing a shot with this weapon will result in a short delay before it can be fired again.

The Batman Grapnel Gun could be obtained in Gotham City as floor loot or anywhere else through Chests.

- You can use the Batman Grapnel Gun to prevent fall damage by deploying your glider after grappling.
- Using the Batman Grapnel Gun is an excellent way to get around the map quickly, especially with its high range and capacity.
- Make sure to regularly switch out Batman Grapnel Guns for fresh ones, as there's no way to replenish its charges.
