Bhangra Boogie is a Rare Emote in Fortnite, that was released for free as a timed exclusive emote for owners of certain OnePlus phones. It can also be purchased in the Item Shop for 
500 V-Bucks, as of Chapter 2: Season 5.
It also could have been unlocked by placing high in the Bhangra Boogie Cup.
