- Black Panther and his Set would likely have been released in Chapter 2: Season 4, having the Panther's Prowl Landmark and the Black Panther's Kinetic Armor Superpower serve as teasers.
- It was likely delayed due to Chadwick Boseman, who portrayed the Black Panther from the Cinematic Universe, passing away just a few days into the season.
- The trailer for the Marvel: Royalty & Warriors Pack served as a tribute for Boseman, having Black Panther be the main focus while a crowd of characters do the Wakandan Salute. Said Emote was also made available for free through the Black Panther Quests.
