Blue Ranger is an Uncommon Decal in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop with the BMW E30 Bundle for 
2,000 V-Bucks. Blue Ranger was first released in Chapter 6: Season 4 and is part of the Mighty Morphin Set.

Both counts are listed by the Fortnite Wiki in order to be as accurate as possible, unlike other sources. |
