1,600 V-Bucks or with the Wonder Woman Bundle for 2,400 V-Bucks. Bracelets of Hephaestus was first released in Chapter 2: Season 7 and is part of the Champion of Themyscira Set.
Bracelets of Hephaestus is Wonder Woman's Built-In Emote and can only be used while wearing her.
