• Catstructor Penny's rushed rush decreases Bull Rush Cooldown by 67% as a commander. Her Bull Rush cooldown is 27% as a support.
• Patriot Penny's emergency override. When your shield depletes, your Bull Rush Cooldown resets. Next use of Bull Rush costs 0 Energy. Effect can occur once every 5 seconds. Her Bull Rush as a support can occur once every 12 seconds.
