Candy Cache is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Mr. Dappermint for 
1,200 V-Bucks or with Candywing's Locker Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks. Candy Cache was first released in Chapter 2: Season 5 and is part of the Dandy Cane Set.
