This article is about a location that has been removed from the map.Catastrophe Crater was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale added in Update v20.00 to the island Artemis. Catastrophe Crater is located north of The Temple and northeast of The Daily Bugle.
Overview[]
The location had several craters of various sizes with debris, rubble, and destroyed vehicles littered about. Catastrophe Crater consisted of two areas: east and west. The eastern area was a destroyed road near Seven Outpost III. The western area consisted of craters that surrounded Unremarkable House.

Chapter 3: Season 2[]
- Update v20.00: Catastrophe Crater was added to the map.
Chapter 3: Season 3[]
- Update v21.00: Catastrophe Crater has been replaced by Verdant Valley. Most craters are gone and the remaining ones are slowly healing as indicated by the grass in them.
