Chair was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale added in Chapter 2: Season 1 to the island Apollo. It was a red recliner that sat atop a hill near Dirty Docks, inside coordinate G4. In the last few seasons of Chapter 2, the landmark would either shrink or grow between updates. It was readied in Chapter 2 Remix, though as an Unnamed Location.

Update v11.00[]

Chair was added to the map.

Update v16.00[]

Chair now has a single chest that may spawn behind it.

Update v16.40[]

The chair has been shrunk. The chest, however, remains unshrunk.

Update v16.50[]

The landmark has been shrunk again.

Update v17.00[]

Chair is now smaller than an Ammo Box

Update v17.10[]

The landmark has gotten small, really small.

Update v17.20[]

Chair has gotten smaller and smaller.

Update v17.30[]

It continues to get smaller.

Update v17.40[]

A tiny bear and telescope have been added to the landmark. The bear sits on the chair and "looks" into the telescope in front of it.

Update v17.50[]

Chair grows a small amount, and becomes noticeable "larger" than its previous appearance.

Update v18.00[]

Destroyed Dish is now next to the Landmark, with much corruption around it extending close to the Chair.

Update v18.10[]

Chair grows a small amount, now being almost the same height as an Ammo Box.

Update v18.20[]

Chair has grown again, and is now around the same height as a Chest.

Update v18.30[]

Chair has fully regrown to its normal size.

Content Update v18.40 - 1[]

(December 4th 2021): - The Cube Queen's corruption of the island has completely engrossed the landmark, mere hours before the end of the Chapter.

Chair disappeared from the map because Apollo itself was completely flipped around during the conclusion of The End (Chapter 2) Event.

In the Fracture Live Event,Chair was destroyed by The Herald offscreen.

Update v32.00[]

With the return of Apollo, comes the return of Chair. Interestingly, it is no longer marked as a landmark.

Trivia[]

Chair may be a reference to the wooden chair at Outskirts from the Chapter 1 map, due to it at one point being only a chair when the rest Outskirts wasn't created yet.
There used to be no loot available here, previously making it a useless location to drop, except for a challenge. However, as of the start of Chapter 2: Season 6 there was one chest that could've spawned here, behind Chair.
It's a red recliner.
It is the smallest landmark ever to be in the game.
