Chugga-Chugga is a Rare Emote in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
600 V-Bucks or with Clix's Locker Bundle for 2,300 V-Bucks. Chugga-Chugga was first released in Chapter 2: Season 6 and is part of the Inkville Gang Set.
