A Party with Flair and Flare[]
Birthday Presents are back! Throw down one of these wrapped-and-ribboned delights and break it open for some quality loot. You might find the Firework Flare Gun inside — you can’t light candles with it, but you can light up wooden structures. (It’s a party, no one should be hiding!)
Popping back in to put a little lift in your step are Balloons, the most festive way to move around the Island. Before floating away, don’t forget to pick up a slice of Birthday Cake which can instantly restore some Heath and Shield.

Birthday Hat? ❌ Birthday Medallion? ✅[]
Speaking of Balloons, the Birthday Medallion can be found in any Birthday Present! This new Medallion gives you a Balloon when jumping, up to three max at a time. Unlike other Medallions, the Birthday Medallion will not mark your location on the map. Up, up, and away!
