Every few months, Epic Games will send a survey to the players, featuring concept art for possible future cosmetic items. They can take weeks, months, or even years to be added.
Rules[]
- On each page you will be shown 4 character outfits. You may have to scroll to the right to see the rest.
- On the top of each character outfit there is a button to indicate the outfit was your favorite of the set and on the bottom there is a button to indicate that outfit was your least favorite.
- Please select the favorite button on top of the character outfit that is your favorite and the least favorite button under the outfit that is your least favorite from each set.
- Only one favorite and one least favorite can be selected in each set.
- Once you have made decision and selected Next for a set. You will not be able to go back.

- T0M8T0HE4D and Robo-Fishstick are currently the survey Outfits that took the longest to be added, with 3 years and 5 months of difference between their survey and Update v34.20.
- Glumbunny's ID existed 2 years prior to her survey, which implies that some of these Outfits may be older than they seem to be.
- Some Outfits may change greatly from their survey concepts into their 3D models. These changes do not come from the 3D artists but from Epic Games themselves.[5]
