The Cybertron Cannon is an Explosive Weapon in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that was introduced in Chapter 4: Season 3.

Functionality[]

The Cybertron Cannon fires quick projectiles which deal splash damage in a wide radius. The weapon inflicts knockback on the player and the player(s) hit with the projectile. It requires a short charge-up before being able to shoot, and it can be kept in the charged-up state indefinitely until the attack button is released or the player switches to another weapon. After switching to the Cybertron Cannon from another weapon or after Sprinting, a transforming animation will play, during which charging up or shooting the weapon is impossible.

The Cybertron Cannon has 2 charges which take 30s to recharge after being fired. It uses no Ammo and has no headshot multiplier.

Make sure not to stand too close to your opponent when using the Cybertron Cannon, as you can accidentally damage yourself.
You can combine the Cybertron Cannon with a Shockwave Grenade or another similar item to rain down fire from above.
The Cybertron Cannon can work well in combination with a high-damage shotgun. Fire the Cybertron Cannon at an opponent's structure, then quickly swap to the shotgun to deal high damage just as the structure breaks.
The Cybertron Cannon can be used for short-range mobility, similar to a Flint-Knock Pistol.
The Cybertron Cannon can take out structures quickly from a distance, making it useful for longer-ranged fights.
The Cybertron Cannon is especially powerful in a competitive setting for draining the materials of your opponents due to its high structure damage and infinite ammo reserve.
