The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle is an Assault Weapon in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Galactic Battle.
Functionality[]
The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle fires at a medium fire rate, dealing moderate damage. The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle has a cooldown period similar to the Minigun, as the weapon has infinite ammo. The cooldown period can be manually entered by pressing the reload key after shooting for a bit.
The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle can continuously fire for 3.29s seconds or 24 shots before it overheats. This can be extended by waiting a bit between each shot.
The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle is a Hitscan weapon, with First Shot Accuracy enabled.

- Phasma's Blaster Medallion increases the amount of shots the DLT-19 Blaster Rifle can fire continuously from 24 to 30 and decreases its cooldown time from 2.4s to 1.68s.
- The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle is very similar to the Tactical Assault Rifle prior to its Chapter 4: Season 1 rework, having a higher than average fire rate than most Assault Rifles, but with slightly lower than average damage per shot, with decent close to mid range performance.
- The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle also has very good hipfire spread, making this a decent substitute for an SMG.

- The DLT-19 Blaster Rifle has a large amount of horizontal recoil when close to overheating, almost as shaky as the Drum Gun, so keeping distance between yourself an opponent wielding it is beneficial, as they will struggle to be accurate without tap firing, which greatly reduces it's effectiveness.
