Dark Wings is a Legendary Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased with the Ravage Outfit in the Item Shop for 
2,000 V-Bucks or with the Nevermore Bundle for 3,000 V-Bucks. Dark Wings was first released in Season 5 and is part of the Nevermore Set.
