Demon Wind Shuriken is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with the Sasuke Uchiha Outfit for 
1,600 V-Bucks or with the Sasuke & Sakura Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks. Demon Wind Shuriken was first released in Chapter 2: Season 8 and is part of the Naruto Set.
