- When Doctor Strange is equipped with certain 'floating' Back Blings (e.g Viper Probe Droid), the left side of his cape will move in an irregular manner whilst moving.
- Doctor Strange is one of the few Tier 100 Outfits to not feature any additional 'standard' styles.
- Doctor Strange's Tempest style vaguely resembles another version of himself from the film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

- Strange's default reaction is a quote he said after giving up the time stone to Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War.
- Strange's first interaction dialogue is a reference to his solo film where he says the same line to Kaecilius.
- Strange's reaction to Gunnar references his battle with Dormammu in his solo film.
- Strange's reaction to Spider-Man is a reference to the Peter Parker from his universe messing up with his spell in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
- It is also a joke with his other two alternate counterparts in the film.
