Dragon's Scale is a Marvel Series Wrap in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
300 V-Bucks or with the Shang-Chi Bundle 1,800 V-Bucks. Dragon's Scale was first released in Chapter 2: Season 7 and is part of the Master of Kung Fu Set.
