Enhanced Compact SMG is an Submachine Gun in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Chapter 6: Mini Season 2.
Enhanced Compact SMG is a Mythic version of the Compact SMG.
Functionality[]
Being a stronger version of the Compact SMG, Enhanced Compact SMG has better stats all around.
Enhanced Compact SMG is a hitscan weapon. It does not have First Shot Accuracy enabled, and will always fire a random spread of bullets, which increases with continuous fire. This spread is decreased whilst crouching.
Enhanced Compact SMG can be reloaded whilst aiming.

- The Enhanced Compact SMG is ideal paired with a Shotgun, due to their power in close range. if you do not eliminate the enemy with the Shotgun, switch to the Compact SMG to finish them off.
- The Enhanced Compact SMG's magazine of 30 rounds allows it 2.7 seconds of sustained fire. This makes it a powerful tool to pressure buildings and opponents alike.
- Its has a fast reload time of less than 2 seconds, not even giving opponents time to drink a Small Shield Potion between magazines. Use this to your advance to put constant pressure on your opponent.
- The Enhanced Compact SMG has very high damage drop off at range, but high accuracy. This makes it unsuitable as a weapon to be used beyond medium range, and is not recommended.

- The Enhanced Compact SMG is modeled after the Belgian FN P90.
- The P90 model itself differs drastically from its real life counterpart. As the magazine, receiver and carry handle have been moved more forward from the bolt, leaving the stock to be very short as a result. With this a foregrip was added to use up the newly added space.
- The Enhanced Compact SMG shares the same model as the Heisted Run 'N' Gun SMG, but only while it is on the ground.
