Extra-Terrestrial Estate was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale added in Chapter 2: Season 8 to the island Apollo.
Description[]
It is a dilapidated house, similar to the others found at Pristine Point, except there is a great deal of Alien vegetation and a pallet of Cat Food, along with it being encased in a permanent Alien Biome. Notably, it is the only remaining location with an Alien Biome on the map, after the clearing of Holly Hatchery and the vaulting of Alien Nanites. It was home to an Alien Trespasser, as the one that appeared here is the only one left on the island. It is the south-most house at Pristine Point.

- Update v18.00
- Extra-Terrestrial Estate is added to the map at Pristine Point, along with a single Alien Trespasser that spawns here.
- The End (Chapter 2): Extra-Terrestrial Estate, along with the rest of Apollo, is flipped.
Chapter 3: Season 4[]
- Fracture event: Extra-Terrestrial Estate is destroyed by The Herald offscreen.
