FFC Sparkplug is a Rare Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,200 V-Bucks or with the Fortnite Football Club Bundle for 3,000 V-Bucks. FFC Sparkplug was first released in Chapter 3: Season 4 and is part of the Fortnite Football Club Set.
