GHOST was a Spy and Military Daction in Fortnite: Battle Royale, first appearing in Chapter 2: Season 1. During Chapter 2, the organization offered the services of their agents and neutral spies employed by The Agency to various clients, notably the Imagined Order and Spillexx. GHOST is one of the two faction of Midas' Crew along with SHADOW, however they went to war against them following the conflicts between the A.L.T.E.R. and E.G.O. teams.
Overview
GHOST is the counterpart to SHADOW, sporting a light coloring scheme in contrast to SHADOW's dark theme. The first group of E.G.O. agents entered The Loop through a Plane that was sent by the Imagined Order having used their services to investigate in order to avoid revealing themselves. Their mission was to chart and analyse the reconstructed map. The real organization behind E.G.O.: GHOST a private intelligence agency later established itself on the island during Chapter 2: Season 2 after the arrival of Midas and went to war against SHADOW. However the organization lost the spy war.
Since Chapter 2: Season 4, they haven't been active like SHADOW. They lost the Spy Wars, as SHADOW took over their bases and most of the neutral agents joined SHADOW with Skye and Deadpool being the only ones that joined GHOST during Chapter 2: Season 2. In Season 3, GHOST rebelled against SHADOW's reign, with no clear winner at the end of the season.
After an unspecified time period the tensions were calmed and GHOST got integrated into SHADOW, reuniting Midas's Crew.

History
Chapter 2: Season 1
An E.G.O. Plane crashes and brings a group of agents sent to investigate Apollo. They make various bases and research centers, and discover another group called A.L.T.E.R. led by Chaos Agent. The formerly mentioned group goes to fight with Scratch, 8-Ball's alter ego. Later, Midas arrives at the Eye Land, where several E.G.O files as well as items turned into gold can be found.
Chapter 2: Season 2
Midas built The Agency as the main headquarters of GHOST at the Eye Land. Later, he recruits a group of neutral agents, who later mostly turn to SHADOW, except Skye and Deadpool who turn to GHOST. Midas then starts building a Device under The Agency. Before activating The Device Midas turns to SHADOW and accidentally creates a flood which destroys The Shark, one of GHOST's last locations.
Chapter 2: Season 3
After the flood, GHOST Henchmen and some members such as Ocean move to The Fortilla, the new headquarters of GHOST. Deadpool continues to reside at The Yacht, and a GHOST boat called Pirate Radio travels around the island.
Chapter 2: Season 4
The Fortilla has been completely abandoned and the war between GHOST and SHADOW seems to have ended, but no explanation has been given to how and why.
Chapter 2: Season 5
The organization has gone into a state of inactivity and has gone dark, forcing agents to find new occupations until they are back online. Detective Sleuth decided to hunt down all the agents of SHADOW and GHOST but it was without success.
Chapter 3: Season 1
After Apollo flipped over no trace of GHOST is left.
Chapter 4: Season 4
At an unknown time period after the war between GHOST and SHADOW, the two factions of Midas's Crew reunited under SHADOW and Brutus took the lead after Midas' disappearance.

"JOIN GHOST" Posters were able to be found in in the numerous locations around the map starting Chapter 2: Season 2, with all of them being removed at the start of Chapter 2: Season 4.

Trivia
- Before Chapter 5: Season 2 it was unknown that GHOST and SHADOW were in fact two factions of the same organization.
- At an unknown period of time, GHOST was integrated into SHADOW and Midas' Crew.
- Midsummer Midas wears a chain and bears a tattoo of the GHOST logo, indicating that Midas is still related to the faction despite his betrayal.
- The GHOST Skimboard may be a small nod to how GHOST may still be in operation in secret, seeing as how new equipment was/is produced.

- Midas' chair from his Hideout room can be found on the North of the Island at Cloistered Castle.
