Plasma Specialist is a Specialty  Constructor available in Fortnite: Save the World. The number of perks and abilities depends on the hero's maximum evolution and level.

Perks

Creative Engineering	Evo	Increases build speed by 10%. Reduces building cost by 10%.
Energy Regen	5	Regenerate energy 25% faster.
Exit Plan	12	While inside any BASE, the Constructor's speed and blunt weapon critical hit rate are increased. Increases run speed by 12% and critical hit rate with blunt weapons by 6%.
I.F.F. Coding	18	Plasma Pulse kills cause the Constructor's shield to regenerate at 15% of its normal rate for 2 seconds. Consecutive Plasma Pulse kills refresh the duration.
Kinetic Overload	Evo	Melee knockbacks and staggers trigger Kinetic Overload, dealing 25 base Energy Damage to nearby enemies. After melee critical hits, increases Melee Impact Damage by 10% for 5 seconds up to 5 stacks.
One Hot Minute	8	Reduces the cooldown of Plasma Pulse by 20 seconds.
Plasma Overdrive	30	Increases the rate of Plasma Pulse's explosions by 33%.
Power Pulse	15	Increases damage of Plasma Pulse by 20%.
Recycling	25	B.A.S.E. generates resources based on affected structures. Higher tier structures generate more resources. Interact with B.A.S.E. to collect.

B.A.S.E.	2	Place B.A.S.E. to reinforce attached structures with 60 Armor. Extends 4 segments from placement. Placed from trap wheel.
Bull Rush	Evo	The Constructor charges forward 3 tiles, collecting enemies on a shield, knocking them back at the end of the rush or when colliding with a wall. Does a base of 60 blunt physical damage.
Plasma Pulse	1	deploy a device which spews plasma pulses for 6 seconds deals a base of 14 plasma energy damage

Squad Bonuses

When put into a squad slot on the Hero screen, a constructor can give either a passive support or tactical bonus. Some require a certain Primary Hero to use. Abilities that have percentages change depending on the star level.
