The Firefly Jars are throwable weapons that upon impact,explodes and sets the area on fire dealing damage over time while players are in the burn area. The fire also burns trees, and other structures. You can find Fireflies around the map and when walked up to a prompt will come up saying ,depending on what platform you are playing on will tell you to hold a button to collect then you will get one Firefly Jar.

The Firefly Jar is a Rare Explosive in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It can only be obtained by interacting with fireflies at the edge of the map. When thrown, the buildings or trees directly around it will catch on fire and spread the fire, until the builds affected burn away.
