Flame Sigil is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Dominion for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Diabolical Bundle for 3,500 V-Bucks. Flame Sigil was first released in Chapter 2: Season 1 and is part of the Diabolical Set.
