- — Midas
Fletcher Kane (also known as The Baron) was a wealthy businessman, mob don and Midas's rival. He is the founder and boss of the Alpha mafia, the CEO of Alpha Mining Company and owner of Shiny Shafts, the founder and manager of Outlaw Oasis resort, Smash N' Grab Jewelry Stores and Alpha Banks. He is also the founder of Crimson City, that later became Crime City. During his time in power he also owned FNTransport company and formerly lived in Lonewolf Lair manor.
He is one of the main antagonists of Chapter 6: Season 2 alongside Daigo.
Personality[]
Fletcher Kane is a wolf with high nobility who is narcissistic, egotistical, and extremely greedy. Kane may speak with good mannerisms, though he is actually a highly aggressive wolf who will bite anyone who dares to rob his banks. According to Midas, Kane's always been a pompous blowhard who believed the world belonged to him, even when he had nothing.
His lair is filled with everything from the most luxurious portrait of himself pictured as the rich alpha wolf, to the most unhinged, goofy and silly portrayal of himself as toilet decorations.
In the Outlaws Story Quests, some dog collars and puppy toys can be found hidden inside of his secret safe.
Appearance[]
Fletcher Kane is a gray, anthropomorphic wolf, with red magical markings similar to those seen on mythical creatures of Japanese folklore. He wears highly luxurious Oninoshima-themed clothing, with wind patterns and crescent moon motifs, a wolf fur coat, expensive pants, expensive brown shoes, a wolf-themed golden watch, and a necklace with a large fang.
Unlike regular wolves, Kane's pupils are a predatory, vertical shape.

Timeline[]
Before Chapter 6[]
Midas and Fletcher Kane met in Reality: 783 and became acquaintances. His ego was constantly crushed by Midas, as the golden king was always one step ahead of him, making him develop a grudge against Midas over the years.
Chapter 6: Season 1[]
Kane starts to make power moves. Goldie reported this to Midas.
Chapter 6: Season 2[]

After The Confrontation Event, the Spirit Realm portal began emitting golden energy, drastically altering the surrounding area. Around the same time, Fletcher Kane, saw an opportunity and seized control of the newfound gold. To exploit this resource, Kane founded Alpha Mining Company, securing a monopoly over gold extraction in the Shiny Shafts mine.
With his growing wealth, he established multiple banks across major towns and cities, including one in Crimson City, a city founded by him. His ambitions didn't stop there—he also constructed a luxurious resort and a grand mansion, cementing his status as the Island's crime kingpin.
Around this time, Kane also learned about the Zero Point Shard and now sets his sights on getting it. He teams up with Daigo, who also wants the Shard, to obtain Mask of Powers for his army, in exchange for payment in gold bars.
However, his vast reserves of gold soon attracted the attention of rival criminals, who flocked to Crimson City, turning it into a hotbed of lawlessness. As crime surged, the city's identity shifted, earning it the new name: Crime City. A brutal power struggle erupted between Kane and the criminal underworld, igniting an all-out war for gold.
After the heist of his personal vault at Outlaw Oasis by Skillet, Valentina and The Looper, the Baron established exceptionally high taxes, out of greed. As a retaliation, all Outlaws began to attack his multiple vaults, whether banks, convoys or trains. Around the same time Midas and The Looper allied themselves and united the Outlaws against Kane to take him down, planning to prevent him and Daigo getting the Zero Point Shard.
Daigo's Fate Event[]

Escorted by Kane, Daigo once again heads to a Dragon Portal—this time in Magic Mosses—and begins siphoning energy from it, albeit on a much grander scale, using the sinister mask's enhanced power.
Busy with the ritual to open the portal, Daigo orders Fletcher Kane, instructing him to deal with The Looper and put an end to their interference. Upon Kane's failure to stop them, Daigo expresses his annoyance, retreating through a void tear.
On his final attempt, while Fletcher Kane was defeated by The Looper once and for all, Daigo managed to finally open the portal—betraying and abandoning his Kane to his fate, calling it pragmatism as he alone could enter the Spirit Realm.
Galactic Battle[]
Kane's infinite wealth came crashing down. His bank were demolished, his mining company ceased operation and most of his assets were destroyed by the people of the island.
Chapter 6: Season 3[]
Following his defeat, Kane is slowly leaving, packing up his belongings from his mansion in order to presumably move.
Trivia[]
