Flutter Barn is located southwest of Rocky Reels, northwest of Chonker's Speedway and northeast of Synapse Station.

Flutter Barn is a chromed variant of the Neo Butter Barn in which the entire Butter Barn resturant has been lifted up by a No Sweat Insurance platform. The Gas Station remains on the ground where the chrome covers most of the ground that the Butter Barn was established on. There are multiple chrome cylinders forming on the ground too.
