Fortnite 3rd Birthday was an event in Fortnite: Battle Royale, celebrating Fortnite's 3rd anniversary. The event added Birthday Cakes around the map, along with consumable cake slices, and 3rd Birthday Challenges that awarded players with cosmetics

- 14 Birthday Cakes scattered across the island, one in each POI except in Stark Industries, The Ruins and The Fortilla.
- A free Back Bling, Spray, Wrap and Emoticon for completing challenges, and an Emote for logging in between September 26 and October 1.
- A birthday-themed Battle Bus.
