Glow Grin is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Pulse for 
1,500 V-Bucks or the with the Gleam Team Bundle for 2,500 V-Bucks. Glow Grin was first released in Chapter 2: Season 5 and is part of the Gleam Team Set.
