- — In-Game Description
Gohan's Charging Up is a Legendary Built-In Emote in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Son Gohan for 1,800 V-Bucks or with the Son Gohan Bundle for
2,200 V-Bucks. Gohan's Charging Up was first released in Chapter 4: Season 1 and is part of the Dragon Ball Set.
Gohan's Charging Up is Son Gohan's Built-In Emote and can only be used while wearing him.
Item Shop Appearances[]
Gohan's Charging Up has appeared in 46 different Item Shops, on 40 different days.
|
Why are there shops labelled as 'parts'? For varying reasons, Epic Games may decide to add or remove items from the Item Shop before the usual rotation occurs. The Fortnite Wiki treats each change to the Item Shop within a single day as a separate 'part' that makes up the day's Item Shop History. |
Why are there two different numbers for Gohan's Charging Up's appearances? Gohan's Charging Up has, on at least one occasion, appeared in more than one shop in a single day. This has resulted in its count for appearances in the Item Shop being higher than the amount of days it has appeared in it. Both counts are listed by the Fortnite Wiki in order to be as accurate as possible, unlike other sources. |

Trivia[]
- There is a common misconception that Gohan's Charging Up's animations are inverted, but the truth is that Son Gohan doesn't actually have a base form in the game.
- In Super Hero (the film which the outfit is based on), Gohan effortlessly goes Super Saiyan but puts more force into Potential Unleashed right after it. This is the form his default style is supposed to represent.
- The scene in question has the same vortex effect and audio (by Japanese voice actress Masako Nozawa) used for the emote.
- Gohan's base form in that film has glasses, weighted clothes (both taken off while transformed) and a messier looking hair. Gohan's Cape was likely meant to represent this form.
- In Super Hero (the film which the outfit is based on), Gohan effortlessly goes Super Saiyan but puts more force into Potential Unleashed right after it. This is the form his default style is supposed to represent.
