The Grapple Glider is an Epic Ranged Consumable Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It was introduced in Chapter 3: Season 4. It has a Mythic variation: Jules' Glider Gun
Functionality[]
Grapple Glider functions identically to the standard Grappler, with the difference that allows the player to redeploy their Glider upon gaining enough height. As a result it is close to the function of Jules' Glider Gun and Batman Grapnel Gun.

Uniquely, the Grapple Glider doesn't use any type of Ammunition. In-game is not specified if it uses 
Hooks like the other Hook types.

Feel free to add tips, tricks and general advice about the topic.- The Grapple Glider can be used to counter players who are building high up, as it can be used to quickly pull yourself up to their build.
- Grapple Glider can be used to negate fall damage, if you are able to connect a shot with a surface, to pull you towards it and land safely. On top of this, deploying your glider negates fall damage also.
- Fall damage still applies when using this weapon. If you pull yourself too high up and fail to use it again, it is discarded, or you fail to deploy your glider, you will take fall damage.

- Update v23.00: Vaulted the Grapple Glider.
Trivia[]
- The Grapple Glider follows a trend where a variation of the Grappler was introduced in the final season of a chapter. Batman Grapnel Gun was introduced in the final season of Chapter 1 and the Icy Grappler was introduced in the final season of Chapter 2.
- Unlike Jules' Glider Gun and the Batman Grapnel Gun, when redeploying the Glider it uses the selected Glider in the Locker.
- The Grapple Glider was present during the Fracture Event. However, it used the icon for Jules' Glider Gun, and had infinite uses. It still used the Grapple Glider's model.
- This is further evidence the Grapple Glider was simply a reskinned Jules' Glider Gun.
- Despite this, it only has the range of a standard Grappler.
