- Jetpack Charge
- Gunnar's Jetpack and left Arm Gauntlet activates, propelling himself towards his target after a short charge-up, dealing 36 damage and light knockback. This ability has a cooldown of 10 seconds.

- Gunnar now grants an Elimination Accolade.
Trivia[]
- Gunnar's code name is IO-Brute.
- Gunnar is the first Boss that could use Ziplines and slide.
- Gunnar uses IO Orchestrator as his Back Bling. It acts as a jetpack for his Ability.
- Some of Gunnar's voicelines use the same dialect uttered by Doctor Slone and Glyph Master Raz. This is the first instance of an established language for the humanoid AIs as it continues to be used by future Guards and Bosses.
- Prior to Chapter 3: Season 2, Gunnar's height was unaltered. Only getting taller once the Boss Heights were standardized.

Gunnar is the Imagined Order's strongest enforcer and the right hand man of Doctor Slone.
He is a supporting antagonist in Fortnite, serving as a supporting antagonist in Chapter 2: Season 8, Chapter 3: Season 1 and Chapter 3: Season 2.
Personality[]
Little is known about Gunnar. He doesn't speak often[6] and although it is implied that while he is terrifying, he is less intelligent than other IO members and focused more on brute force. He loves chainsaws and has a surprisingly large collection of them.[7] He is very obedient to Doctor Slone and the IO.
Appearance[]
Gunnar is a man with blonde hair with shaved sides and brown beard. He has a very muscular physique and wears a battlesuit similar to the IO Guards with additional platings on his shoulders and gauntlets.

Timeline[]
The End[]
Gunnar was in Agent Jones' Cell in The Bridge when Doctor Slone arrived and told him to wake Jones up. He used the command panel and shocked him, then tortured him, following Slone's orders. The Foundation busted in and eliminated the IO Guard next to him, then smashed Gunnar’s face into the command panel.
Chapter 3: Season 1[]
Gunnar arrives at Artemis with his IO Guards and guards Covert Cavern; the IO's new HQ.
Chapter 3: Season 2[]
Gunnar led the frontal assault on Artemis in the cinematic trailer and was seen going hand to hand with The Foundation once again. This time however, he is much more prepared to face him with similar arm powering capabilities of The Foundation.
Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War #1-4[]
Gunnar and Doctor Slone guard an IO Outpost against The Resistance, blowing it up purposely to cut their losses.[11] They later ambush Agent Jones, The Foundation, The Imagined and Spider-Man at The Bridge, but they manage to escape into Reality: 616 using The Zero Point.
Collision / Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War #5[]
He defends the surface against The Seven alongside IO's as The Order flies by him, destroying a lot of IO forces. Gunnar is called by Slone, telling him to find Doctor Doom.[12] Gunnar drops down and finds Doom, shouting at him to get to the battle and help the IO with The Ice King's weaponry.[13] Doom betrays the IO and blasts Gunnar, either killing or fainting him.
