The Guzzle Juice is a Consumable Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It was added in Chapter 3: Season 1.
Functionality[]
Guzzle Juice is a healing item, which slowly heals the player up to 100 Health over time, providing 2 Health per second. It will stop healing the player if they take any damage except fall damage.

Chapter 3: Season 1[]
- Update v19.00: Introduced the Guzzle Juice.
- December 10th 2021 Hotfix: Healing speed is now 4 times faster, healing 4 times a tick instead of the previous 1 a tick.

- Update v20.00: Vaulted the Guzzle Juice in all modes except for Team Rumble.
