- Gwenpool breaks the fourth wall in her description by referencing The Devourer of Worlds Live Event from Chapter 2: Season 4.
- It also seems she's written most of the other descriptions for her set as a lot of them break the fourth wall too.
- Gwenpool's Gwendolyn Poole Style is partially based on an attire she wore in Issue 16 of The Unbelievable Gwenpool, with some changes.
- Gwenpool's Dark Gwenpool Style is based on an alternate version of herself from Earth-17217 who became a villain.
- Gwenpool's Gwendolyn Poole Style features buttons on her jacket of Fishstick and of Deadpool wearing a crown.
- The Deadpool button is likely based on the comic series where Deadpool becomes a king, and is left with Jeff the Land Shark.
- Gwenpool has also been shown to be a fan of Fishstick.
- Both the shirt on Gwenpool's Gwendolyn Poole Style and her accompanying wrap have an illustration of her pet Land Shark, Jeff.
- In Fortnite, Gwenpool's bodysuit that she wears in most of her appearances is seemingly censored as she now wears shorts.
- Despite this, her chibi drawing in the Fishstick Fangirl (Gwenpool Edition) YouTube Short has her normal comic outfit.
- She has worn shorts at some points in the comics, such as in Gwenpool Strikes Back.

- Gwenpool no longer spawns in Freaky Fields (Reckless Railways was replaced by Freaky Fields in the Update v31.40).
Trivia[]
- Gwenpool wears Gwenpool's Katanas as her Back Bling.
- When aggravated, Gwenpool will use Rare Dual Micro SMGs to fight.
- Gwenpool uses alot of Community Terminology and other out of lore terms in her dialogue and Collection Book entry. These include:
- Referring to herself as an NPC as the generalized term for all the AI on the Island.
- Mentioning Cranking 90s, a famous form of taking highground in a build battle and flex of one's Building skill.
- Skill Issue, a general term for someone lacking in a specific skill or being lower in skill.
- Camping, hiding in one specific place to hide and avoid contact from others. Being in the cell she was completely unreachable from players outside, which fits some definitions of camping.
- "I'm trying to rank up to Unreal before the season ends.", in reference to Ranked's highest possible rank and how they reset after every season.
- "I've got dailies to grind.", in reference to the Daily Quests.
- Directly saying "come back next match", which is self-explanitory. Whether this indicates she knows about The Loop should be ignored due to the 4th wall breaking nature of Gwenpool and where she comes from.
- Gwenpool's special dialogue with Deadpool, Ravenpool, and Cuddlepool references how her similarities to him were a mistake on her tailor.
