Half-Shell Sai-tar is an Epic Bass in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,000 V-Bucks or with the TMNT Instrument Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Half-Shell Sai-tar was first released in Chapter 5: Season 1 and is part of the TMNT Set.
