Havoc Pump Shotgun is a Shotgun in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was added in Chapter 4: Season 2.
The Havoc Pump Shotgun has a Mythic version called Enhanced Havoc Shotgun.
Functionality[]
The Havoc Pump Shotgun is a high damage, short range and slow firing shotgun, best suited to very close quarters. It has 6 shells in the magazine and must be pumped between shots, leading a slow fire rate. It excels at close range combat with its ability to deal significant damage. At lower rarities it still deals high damage, but is very punishing if you miss. Its damage drop off is extremely high, and its pull out time is longer than typical shotguns.
Havoc Pump Shotgun is a Hitscan weapon that fires a spread of 12 pellets when both aiming down sights and hipfiring. Aiming down sights tightens the spread of pellets.
The Havoc Pump Shotgun reloads 1 shell at a time, and its reload time statistic is how long it takes for a zero ammo reload to a full magazine.
Damage falloff:
- Damage falloff begins at 7 meters (1.4 tiles).
- Damage decreases down to 78% of its maximum at 10 meters (2 tiles).
- Damage steadily decreases down to 49% of its maximum at 15 meters (3 tiles).
- It deals damage until 31 meters (6.2 tiles).

- The Havoc Pump Shotgun is a very powerful shotgun in Battle Royale, at the cost of having a low fire rate and small ammo capacity of six rounds. A well-placed shot could remove a target's shield completely or eliminate a target in one shot at close ranges, depending on the rarity.
- As the Havoc Pump Shotgun has a low fire rate, having a fast-firing weapon to switch to is recommended, such as a submachine gun or pistol, as the Havoc Pump Shotgun is quite slow to shoot and is rather unpredictable at medium distances, sometimes dealing very low damage. A good strategy is to fire the Havoc Pump Shotgun to do a lot of damage then switching to your fast firing weapon to eliminate your enemy.

- The Havoc Pump Shotgun, while very powerful, can be very punishing due to its tight pellet spread. Using a Shotgun with a more forgiving pellet spread against an opponent wielding a Havoc Pump Shotgun can be beneficial.
