The Heisted Accelerant Shotgun is a Shotgun in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was introduced in Chapter 4: Season 1.
Heisted Accelerant Shotgun is the Exotic version of the Maven Auto Shotgun.
Functionality[]
The Heisted Accelerant Shotgun is a fully automatic, medium range Shotgun. Dealing damage with this weapon will grant the player a Pepper Effect and steadily increase the weapon's fire rate, up to 50%. These boosts will disappear after 5 seconds of not dealing damage. The Heisted Accelerant Shotgun reloads 1 shell at a time.
The Heisted Accelerant Shotgun is a hitscan weapon, but fires a spread of 10 pellets when both aiming down sights and hipfiring. Aiming down sights tightens the spread of pellets.
Damage falloff:
- Damage falloff begins at 10 meters (2 tiles).
- Damage decreases down to 70% of its maximum at 30 meters ( 6 tiles).
- Damage steadily decreases down to 20% of its maximum at 45 meters (9 tiles).
- It deals damage until 50 meters (10 tiles).
The Heisted Accelerant Shotgun can be reloaded whilst aiming.

Shells, has a headshot multiplier of 1.75x and a a maximum damage cap of 135.

- Of all Heisted Exotics, the Heisted Accelerant Shotgun is the most preferred. With every damage you deal to the enemy (even if it is small), its fire rate and DPS increases. It also gives you an increased speed boost, allowing you to easily evade enemy fire.

- Keeping distance and carrying some form of mobility to keep distance between yourself and an opponent wielding a Heisted Accelerant Shotgun can be beneficial.
