Hologram Pads

Hologram Pads are Devices in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They were introduced in Chapter 2: Season 7.

Functionality[]

Hologram Pads are devices which, when touched, temporarily apply various effects to the player, normally affecting their movement.

There are 7 types of Hologram Pads which differ in their effects:

Prop Disguise Pad	Transforms the player into a prop.	Party UFO
Bubble Pad	Forms a protective bubble around the player.	Risky Reels Sheriff's Office Green Steel Bridge Weeping Woods Cabin Near Boney Burbs
Hologram Pad	Projects a large hologram of the player.	Rift Tour event
Teleportation Pad	Instantly teleports a player to random place.	Rift Tour event

Update v17.21: A new blue Abductor called the Party UFO appeared above The Aftermath.
- July 28th: Party UFO activated the low gravity Pad.
- July 30th: Party UFO activated the Rift Pad. The low-gravity Pad was disabled.
- August 2nd: Party UFO activated the Ice Slide Pad. The Rift Pad was disabled.
Update v17.30: Party UFO activated the Prop Disguise Pad.
- August 4th: Replaced the Prop Disguise device with the low-gravity Pad. Bubble Pads appeared near Weeping Woods Cabin, Boney Burbs, Green Steel Bridge, Sheriff's Office and in Risky Reels.
- August 8th: Bubble Pads appeared for PC players.
Update v17.40: Removed the Bubble Pads.
