The Infiltrator Pump Shotgun is a Shotgun in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was introduced in Chapter 4: Season 4.

Infiltrator Pump Shotgun has a Mythic version called Enhanced Infiltrator Pump Shotgun.

Functionality[]

The Infiltrator Pump Shotgun is a close range weapon, with decent fire rate, good range and tight spread. The weapon is a hybrid between a pump-action and a automatic shotgun.

The Infiltrator Pump Shotgun reloads 1 shell at a time.

The Infiltrator Pump Shotgun is a hitscan weapon, that fires a spread of 9 pellets when both aiming down sights and hipfiring. Aiming down sights tightens the spread of pellets.

Damage falloff:

Damage falloff begins at 12 meters (2.4 tiles).
Damage decreases down to 55% of its maximum at 30 meters (6 tiles).
Damage steadily decreases down to 25% of its maximum at 50 meters (10 tiles).
It deals damage until 60 meters (12 tiles).

The Infiltrator Pump Shotgun, despite its name, is best used in a similar manner to a Combat Shotgun, as its fire rate and effective range are higher than pump-action Shotguns' ones and its damage is slightly below average.
- Therefore is advised to maintain distance and use range to your advantage to chip away the opponent's health.
The Infiltrator Pump Shotgun is capable of dealing over 100 body damage till 15 meters. Rending it able to confidently two-shot someone with full health and shield.

Out of all the Shotguns listed as Pump-Action, the Infiltrator Pump Shotgun has the fastest fire rate of them all.
Despite this weapon being a pump which is regarded for their high damage low firerate, the Infiltrator Pump Shotgun acts more like an auto shotgun, which is regarded as fast shooting with low damage.
The Unreleased extra Legendary rarity has the same stats as the Enhanced Infiltrator Pump Shotgun.
