- Khaby Lame's colors are reminiscent of the flag of Senegal, the country he was born in.
- Khaby Lame's Traditional Khaby style could be inspired by the usual purple hoodie he's seen wearing in his videos.
- His ninja-inspired clothing could be a reference to the shinobi from the anime Naruto, since this same hoodie has the Sharingan imprinted on it. The presence of cel-shading reinforces this.
- According to Khaby Lame himself in an interview with Variety, Epic Games approached him for a collaboration a year prior to his outfit's release.[1]
