Lava Cave is a type of Cave
in LEGO Fortnite. Lava Cave entrances can be found in various places of the Dry Valley biome.
Overview[]
Lava caves are very difficult to roam around in. You'll need strong tools and lots of health to survive. You need a Rare Pickaxe to mine the goods in lava caves. You might also need to bring a villager with you to distract enemies and shields to block ranged and explosives.
A lava cave is the hottest place in LEGO Fortnite, meaning you are required to have items to cool you down. You either need 3 Uncommon Cool-Headed Charms) or 2 Rare Cool-Headed Charms and heat resistance to survive.

- The lava doesn’t do much damage and is good to move around in lava caves. Upon jumping in to lava, you start burning, but take no impact damage. You also bounce very far, which is good for traversal efforts. You only take a couple fractions of a heart’s worth of damage, meaning this is a great way to move around.
