To eat Vampiric Fish Fillet, press and hold use while it is selected in the hotbar. Eating one restores 
+30 health and grants fifteen minutes of Life Steal, healing the player by thirty with each enemy defeated.
Before Update v37.50, eating one would have restored +60 health and 
+3 satiety.
