Villagers

Villagers are AI Characters in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey. Villagers can complete jobs within a village.

Overview[]

To recruit a Villager in Fortnite, you will need to craft a Bed for them to sleep on. NPCs will wander around and won’t typically be found in specific locations, although they will walk right into your settlement if you have a Village Square. You can chat to an NPCs that wanders through your village and invite them to live in your settlement. If you’ve met all the requirements, they will accept and join your Village.

Initially, you will only have enough space for one Villager, and you will be required to upgrade your Village Square to increase Village Capacity to unlock slots for more Villagers. You can invite your first villager at Village Square level 1, and additional villagers at levels 3, 5, 8, and 10 achieving a maximum capacity of six villagers including Cuddle Team Leader.

Once recruited, Villagers can take on a wide variety of different jobs to help out your Village. This includes working crafting stations, cooking, farming, mining, and collecting nearby resources, including harvesting fruit and vegetables. You can assign jobs to individual Villagers.

At Village Square level 3 villagers will occasionally gift items and at level 7 they can gift unique new crafting recipes.
