Current Map.
Landmarks are small areas or locations in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They were added in Chapter 2: Season 1. Notable but unnamed areas of the map existed prior to this, but they were only classed as Landmarks in Chapter 2. Season OG has been the only season since their introduction to not feature any landmarks.
Since Chapter 5: Season 2, landmarks don't fill in gray areas on the map, just Named Locations.
Description[]
Landmarks are smaller locations that are not named on the map, instead, players learn their name when entering the location, or via Quests requiring the player visit the area. Landmarks are not named because they contain less loot, are smaller in size, and may be in close proximity to other landmarks and named locations.
