The Launch Pad is a Utility Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was introduced in Chapter 3: Season 4.
Functionality[]
The Launch Pad is a throwable version of the Launch Pad Trap. When thrown, it deploys a Launch Pad on the tile it has been thrown onto. The Launch Pad then acts identically.
Unlike the trap version, the Launch Pad takes up a slot in the inventory and can be used in Zero Build.

- If being pushed by The Storm, the Launch Pad is a great help in getting out of it, due to the glider redeploy.
