Lexa's description in the Character Collection Book is very slightly different from her Outfit description.
Lexa was one of the bounty hunters brought to the Island by Agent Jones on behalf of the IO, but it is assumed that Lexa had no idea who she was working for - as she did not trust the IO Guards and would work with The Looper to fight them off.
