Live at Risky Reels was an Live Event in Fortnite: Battle Royale that took place on December 14, 2019 at 2 PM ET but started at 2:10 PM ET after players experienced issues logging into the game.
During the event, attendees were able to watch an exclusive scene premiere of Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker and receive the TIE Whisper Glider after the event had concluded for free.
Live at Risky Reels was also the first Live Event of Chapter 2.
Event Summary[]
The event begins with a platform rising from Risky Reels with the introduction of the Millenium Falcon and other ships, though just as the Millenium Falcon went to land it was under attack causing an intergalactic space battle to occur across the Apollo island. After the threat was taken care off the Millenium Falcon lands on the platform. Shortly after landing Star Wars director J.J. Abrams and a Imperial Stormtrooper exit the spaceship as well as The Game Awards presenter, Geoff Keighley in the form of a hologram.

- Several TBD Emotes were created just for this event: Clap And Wave, Talking Gesture and Galileo Show Cheer. These Emotes were never released to players.
