Loserfruit is an Icon Series Outfit in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks or with the Loserfruit Bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks. She was first released in Chapter 2: Season 3 and is part of the Loserfruit Set.
On January 15, 2020, Fortnite announced the Icon Series, which is based on popular icons from around the world. Ninja is the first, and reviewed several other Outfits with Loserfruit being one of them.
Following the introduction of the Icon Series, Loserfruit has been in the works only to be revealed in the V.12.50 patch set to be released on June 3rd 2020 but got delayed due to the “Black Lives Matter“ protests and a few face model tweaks after fans said it looks nothing like her.
Loserfruit released a video on the 21st of June that revealed that the design was based on the outfit she worn to the Australian Open in January 2020 and no one had noticed all along.
Based on Australia's famous streamer, Loserfruit, her design is largely based on what she secretly wore in the Australian Open with an addition of animated colored sleeves.
When wearing a back bling, Loserfruit’s hair is pushed to the left. When wearing no back bling, her hair hangs down behind her, in the place of a back bling. In addition, her hair gets noticeably shorter when it is pushed to the left as compared to while she runs down her back when it is hanging down.
